Returns and Exchanges

Follow these steps to return your item(s):

1. Send an email to shopmellomae@gmail.com with your order number. Indicate if you will be returning or exchanging.

2. You will receive a pre-paid USPS label and return/exchange slip within 48hrs by email. Simply print the label, fill out the return/exchange slip and drop your item off at any USPS drop box or give it to your mailman. Mello Mae does not fund the cost of packaging for returns of mats purchased at any kind of event. 

3. All returns and exchanges are processed within 72hrs of weekday receipt. We will promptly process your return or exchange upon receipt of the unused item(s).

Please note: Mello Mae accepts returns or exchanges up to 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be in original, sweat-free condition. We will not accept your return or exchange if it is not in this condition.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within four business days from one of our shipping facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Mello Mae LLC makes use of multiple carriers to ensure your goods arrive as quickly as possible. These carriers include:

• FedEx
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• USPS (United States Postal Service)

*Mello Mae LLC uses U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO as well as FPO addresses.
